Q: Can you assist me with making arrangements for airport transfers, restaurants and spa reservations at the hotels?

If you provide me with your flight information, your preferred dinner/lunch time, or your pre-chosen spa treatment request – I would be happy to assist you.

Q: Can I add my hotel membership number for my booking?

Of course, you can. Please provide me with the number at the time of booking. However, please do not cancel/modify the booking through the membership website, and always contact me first to avoid confusion.

Q: Can you provide guides in different languages, not just English? Can you also arrange local cultural experiences?

Yes, I can provide guides in wide variety of languages. This is dependent upon the areas of travel and the availability of the guides. It is suggested if you need guides in your native languages that you book far in advance. I also have connections throughout the world that assist me in arranging local cultural experiences.

Q: Do you book hotels/cruises that are not partnered with you on this website?

Yes, I can book most hotels or cruise companies that are not partnered with me on this site. However, there may be some restrictions on the part of these companies in regards to bookings.
